Welcome!

innkeepersWe are delighted to share this beautiful setting with our guests. We opened the Inn in May of 2010 as a way to express our Benedictine values of Healing Hospitality, Grateful Simplicity and Creative Peacemaking.

Your stay is tended by Sister Corinne Forsman and Sister Chanelle Schuler, members of the Community of the Monastery of St. Gertrude. They both draw on rich backgrounds in healthcare and human services, as well as long histories of living the Benedictine tradition.

Freshly baked bread, homemade jam and Fair Trade coffee...

Enjoy a continental breakfast at the Inn or join the Benedictine Sisters for breakfast in the Monastery Dining Room from 7:30 - 8:30 am (observed in silence on weekdays). The Monastery Dining Room, also called the Refectory, is easily reached through the main Monastery Entrance.

dessertIn the evenings, luscious, homemade dessert, coffee, tea and hot cocoa are available at the Inn.
